I struggles with my weight and related health issues my whole adult life. When I finally discovered fasting I lost 40 lbs, reversed insulin resistance, healed my adult-onset cystic acne, and finally gave up my bad eating habits. Through this book I want to share my journey, and teach others how to finally get healthy, lose weight, and find food freedom for good.
