My Journey

I am here to help you lose weight through fasting and intuitive eating, restoring your relationship with food.

I have been fasting for over 10 years and over the last 3 years have completely transformed my body. I’m 161cm/5’3” and at my heaviest I was 143lbs, and now I’m 107lbs. I have lost close to 40lbs through fasting and I feel so AMAZING in my body! Every person deserves to feel that way about themselves and that’s why I’m so passionate about coaching.


Fasting has completely transformed my life, but I also know that it’s not always easy to stick to a plan and that’s why I am here to help and guide you.


My Coaching

My coaching style is very hands-on. When you sign up with me I will work with you to make a customized fasting plan that will work for you and that will take your fasting and your weight loss to the next level. I have done fasting for over 10 years and helped hundreds of people reach their goal weight. I have done all the experiments, tried all the different variations, and figured out the keys so you don’t have to. I know what it takes to get the weight off, and I can help you get there too.

After we set up your plan I will be available to you through messenger whenever you have questions, when you’re struggling, and when you need extra motivation. I will check in on you and keep you accountable every day and make sure you’re sticking to your plan. If you follow my lead I can guarantee that you will see the results.
