    Such good information on refeeding

    I have heard so many times that the refeeding process is so important but I’ve always been confused about exactly WHAT that means and HOW to refeed properly after a fast. I always loose weight with fasting but then gain loads back afterwards so I know I’m doing something wrong. This guide is so good. It breaks everything down simply and clearly and it’s so affordable as well. Thank you Emma for putting together this vital information for us. I am so comfortable and confident in my refeed now.
