    I’m down 31 lbs in the first month

    I’m down 31 lbs in the first month and the second month is going to be even more intense. I’m an experienced faster but I felt like I needed an extra push and some structure. The 60 Day plan was exactly what I needed and it has completely gotten me back on track and losing weight steadily. I’m a rule follower so having everything laid out clearly makes it so much easier for me and knowing that the results are pretty much guaranteed makes it so much easier to stick to the plan. I don’t have to make up my own schedule and guess what the results might be - this is a proven formula and so many people have been results with it so why not me? This plan is kicking my butt though, they’re not lying when they say it’s intense!

    Amazed at this plan

    Completing the 60 Day Challenge was a life-changing experience for me. I lost an amazing 45 pounds! As someone who has tried everything from Weight Watchers to restrictive diets, I was amazed at how different and effective this plan was. The week-by-week intermittent fasting schedule was a game-changer, especially as I've fasted before but never with such a clear and effective structure.     Great plan

    I've always struggled with weight loss, but this plan made it surprisingly easy. 40 pounds gone in two months. The fasting schedule is straightforward and much more manageable than any other diet I've tried. Before this, I've had little success with traditional diets and always felt overwhelmed. This plan has been a real game-changer for me

    If you want to lose weight then this is the plan you need. I weighed 181 lbs and just after one week of OMAD I’m already down 5 lbs! I can’t wait to see where this takes me. This is the real deal and I would recommend this to anyone!

    Only 2 weeks in

    I'm only two weeks into the Advanced 60 Day Fasting Plan and have already shed 10 pounds. The plan is super easy to follow, and the results are real. Can't wait to see where I am at the end!
